Nominations close today

Nominations for the committee of the 1895 Trust close today. So, if you’d like to run for the committee, get your application in quick. To apply, you just need to email shelstrust@gmail.com with:

  • Full contact details for the nominee.
  • A statement from the candidate expressing their intention to run for the committee and detailing the experience and skills they feel are relevant.
  • Contact details of a seconder, who must be a member of the 1895 Trust.

AGM date set

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on April 26 at 8pm in Tolka Park. All members are invited to attend, but please remember that you must be a member to attend. We will be able to enroll members on the night, or you can – as always – sign up online.

At the AGM, members can have their say on the future of the trust. The acting chair, secretary and treasurer of the Trust will report to members on the night. Elections will be held for the Trust’s first official committee, which any member can run for. The provisional positions on the committee which are open are listed below:

Secretary
Financial Officer
Membership and Volunteering Officer
Fundraising Officer
Community Officer
Communications Officer
