Trust Update: AGM minutes, Bray match and a thank you.

Our AGM went very well last Friday in Tolka Park, with the trust’s first full committee elected. Congratulations to Ken Buckmaster, Will Clarke, Lee Daly, Niall Farrell, Martin Grehan, Donnchadh Mac Aogáin and Olivia Smyth.The committee will divide up roles between themselves at their first meeting. The minutes from the AGM can be viewed here.

The 1895 Trust will be the main sponsor for the club’s home match against Bray Wanderers next Monday, May 6. At half time, the Trust will be presented with the matchball on the pitch. Finally, the Trust would like to thank the users of the Reds Independent forum – who donated €200 from their Last Man Standing competition to the Trust.

Trust update: AGM reminder

Our Annual General Meeting will take place tomorrow, Friday April 25, at 8pm in the Small Bar at Tolka Park. At the AGM, a new committee will be elected by Trust members, with the list of candidates available here. Only members of the 1895 Trust can attend – but you can still sign up online at the1895trust.com/join or on the night.

The agenda for the night will be as follows:

1. Acting Chair’s Report – Overall report on Trust activities and presentation of business plan.
2. Acting Treasurer’s Report – Financial Activities to date.
3. Acting Secretary’s Report – Membership.
4. Appointment of Auditors.
5. Elections (21:00).
6. Any Other Business.
7. Question and Answer Session (21:30).
